These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Murmur Travel platform (“the Platform”), operated by Disease of More Ltd, trading as Murmur Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Disease of More Ltd is the contracting legal entity for all users of the Platform. By accessing or using Murmur Travel, you enter into a binding agreement with Disease of More Ltd and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Introduction

Murmur Travel is a community-based travel platform where users can create or join travel communities and express interest in group trips. By using Murmur Travel, you agree to these Terms in full.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during sign-up and use of the Platform
• Use the Platform respectfully and in accordance with applicable laws
• Not impersonate other users or misrepresent communities or trips
• Not engage in any conduct that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to other users

4. Content

You retain ownership rights to content you create on the Platform. By posting content, you grant Disease of More Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Platform for user engagement purposes.

5. Safety and Conduct

Disease of More Ltd does not conduct background checks on users. You are responsible for exercising your own discretion when interacting with other users, particularly when joining real-world events or trips. We reserve the right to remove users who violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the community.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Disease of More Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any community or trip information posted by users.

7. Termination

Disease of More Ltd may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you are found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Modifications

Disease of More Ltd may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
